Kelly Science & Clinical has a new temporary to hire opportunity for Manufacturing Lab Technician in Minneapolis, MN!
Pay: $21-$26/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8am-5pm
A 6 month Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Day to Day Responsibilities:
-
Help maintain and track supplies inventory.
-
Prepare buffers and other biochemical formulations.
-
Conjugation of protein solution.
-
Record manufacturing tasks in batch records/travelers(electronic and paper)
-
Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
-
Associates degree in a science related field or Bachelor of Science in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, engineering, or a related field
-
0 to 3 years of experience in related position in the chemical or biotech industry.

Proficient hands-on experience with standard laboratory and work practices (pipetting, balances, pH meters, vortex mixer, spectrophometer, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work.
-
Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, procedures and approaches.
-
Ability to effectively document procedures, processes, and results.
-
Familiar with basic calculation/statistics skills.
-
Good communication skills (verbal and written English)
-
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
-
Able to handle heavy items (5-50lbs)
