Join our client in the advanced materials sector as a Manufacturing Technician in Roanoke, TX! Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

- Pay Rate: $25/hr
- Shift: Rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule (4-week cycle alternating day and night shifts)
- 4 night shifts, then 3 days off
- 3 day shifts, then 1 day off
- 3 night shifts, then 3 days off
- 4 day shifts, then 7 days off
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate lab and industrial equipment, including furnaces, gloveboxes, metal processing, and machining tools.
- Execute experiments and test plans with precision and a keen eye for detail.
- Record observations and communicate findings with team leads and engineers.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and assist in optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and update documentation for experimental procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate's degree in applied science or a related field OR 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, lab manufacturing, or compounding environments.
- Comfortable working with metals, powders, chemicals, and related tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
