Schedule: Hybrid (with 3 days onsite)
Length: 1 year contract
Payrate: $32 per hour
The marketing coordinator would be responsible for supporting the Marketing team across all projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining Marketing team high level project plan and key milestones
- Supporting Marketing team on various projects and deliverables
- Coordinating with internal/external vendors to maintain the inventory and directory of marketing materials
- Managing monthly internal communications calendar and Sharepoint content
- Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
- Coordinating and monitoring vendor purchase order process & monthly budget reconciliation
- Managing assets in Veeva CLM
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Communications preferred)
- 1-2 years of marketing coordinator role or similar experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, with a sense of urgency and a strong attention to detail
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault & Veeva CLM preferred but not required
