Marketing and Sales Manager
Norcross, GA
Salary $145k

Kelly Services is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to join our clients team. This key role will focus on driving sales and promoting products, and related technologies within the North American Region market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate outside sales efforts and expand market presence for products.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and clear value propositions.
  • Manage and update the sales funnel, track sales performance, and oversee sales incentive programs.
  • Train sales teams, channel partners, including sales representative firms and distributors, on product features and applications.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with sales representatives and support partner growth.
  • Continuously gather and report customer feedback (Voice of the Customer) to leadership and product development teams.
  • Support sales department on customer visits and provide hands-on training as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality, adhere to company safety, and conduct policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, or engineering within the telecom or datacom industry, specifically optical fiber-based products, or equipment.
  • Solid understanding of Mobility, FTTH, Data Center, Long Haul, and Outside Plant (OSP) applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create and present compelling value propositions that drive sales growth.
  • Skilled in training clients across various technical levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams including Marketing, R&D, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
  • Track record of developing profitable partnerships with large customers.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years marketing or sales experience specifically with fusion splice equipment.
  • 2+ years experience in fusion splice applications engineering or technical training.
  • Applications engineering background is a plus.
