Kelly is seeking a Marketing Specialist to work with our client, an industry-leading manufacturing company with over 70 years of success, on a direct hire basis! This is an excellent opportunity for marketing professionals who want to be pivotal in engaging key accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns. 

The Marketing Specialist will:

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
  • Investigate the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present recommendations to management.
  • Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify high-value customers and accounts and create detailed account profiles.
  • Craft personalized marketing content and campaigns for key accounts, ensuring messaging resonates with their specific needs and pain points.
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns, incorporating digital, social, email, and offline tactics to reach target accounts and audiences effectively.
  • Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce industry-specific content.
  • Work with creative teams to develop branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM (customer relationship management) tools to track, manage, and nurture key accounts effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales team and new product development team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, including lead generation and customer retention.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in specific areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or comparable discipline
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Must have durable consumer product experience
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethic, outstanding judgment, attention to detail, and positive customer service attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and software
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience supporting multiple business units and brands is a plus
  • Up to 10% travel required
