Description
We are currently seeking a Marketing Training Support Specialist for a hybrid role based in Foster City, CA (94404). This role focuses on supporting global marketing initiatives by driving marketing excellence workshops, developing learning curriculum, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic projects.
If you have 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharma marketing experience, strong project management skills, and proven success collaborating in global organizations, this could be a great fit for you.
Location: Foster City, CA 94404 (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Schedule: 1st shift, Mon–Fri
Pay Rate: $53.00/hr
Essential Functions

Support global marketing initiatives including Marketing Competencies rollout, Excellence Workshops, and Learning Academy curriculum.

Manage projects: schedule meetings, record action items, track progress/timelines, and execute communication plans.

Assist in content design, creation, and proofing of training and marketing materials.
Must Haves
-
5+ years marketing experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.

Proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed, global organization.

BA/BS degree required (advanced degree preferred).

Learning and development experience strongly encouraged.
