Kelly Services is is searching for a Material Handler in the Eagleville, PA area!
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Material Handler to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in forklift operation as well as warehouse and inventory management.
Hourly Rate: $19.95 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure efficient material handling processes.
- Report any discrepancies or quality issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Material Handler, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficient in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
