Location: Franklin, TN
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm
Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Title: Material Handler
Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the continuous flow of materials to the production line. This role involves frequent walking and lifting, along with the use of a manual pallet jack to transport materials and restock parts as required.

Essential Functions:

• Restock the production line with necessary parts and materials throughout the shift.
• Use a manual pallet jack to transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols while handling materials to prevent damage and ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in receiving shipments and organizing the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, ensuring materials are stored properly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Capability to perform physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
