Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Dock Loader to work at one of the world's largest snack food companies manufacture in Tifton, Georgia. In this role, you will assist in daily loading operations. This is a general labor position that plays a key support role to our forklift operators. You will help prepare trailers for loading, maintain a clean work environment, and handle other related tasks as needed.
 
 
Pay Rate: 

• $11/hr

 
Shifts Available:
 

• Day Shift: 7AM -8 AM 

 
Location:  Tifton GA 31794 
 
 
Dock Loader Responsibilities
 

• Assist forklift operators with transferring product to trucks
• Sweep and clean trailers before loading
• Rebuild pallets and maintain work area cleanliness
• Follow load-out procedures and complete necessary documentation
• Inspect incoming trailers and complete inspection forms
• Follow all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 
 
 
Dock Loader Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Must be safety-conscious and dependable
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
• Comfortable with physical labor including bending, lifting, and standing for long periods
• Must be able to work at heights over 10 feet

 
 
 
Work Environment:
This role involves both indoor and outdoor work. You may be exposed to loud noise, dust, dirt, grease, and moving machinery. Use of PPE such as gloves, goggles, or masks may be required depending on the task.
