Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Rincon, GA
Department: Warehouse
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor or Lead
Shifts: 7am-3:30pm or 10:00am-5:30pm
Pay: $15.00

Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for manually or by hand truck moving materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated places within the facility or onto trucks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform various material handling duties manually or using a hand truck within the facility.
• Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks manually.
• Stack skids or pallets in designated areas.
• Provide cleaning services as necessary, including sweeping floors, cleaning offices, and proper trash removal.
• Perform other related tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Skills/Experience/Education:
Mandatory Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Ability to walk extensively in the distribution center and surrounding areas.
• Capable of working in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variations.
• Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must have strong attention to detail
