Location: Dr. Phillips Area, Southwest Orlando

Pay- $20-$23/hour DOE
Temp to hire
Schedule- 7:30am-4:00pm. Friday 8am-12pm

Are you friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care? A premier concierge-style family practice led by board-certified physician is looking for an exceptional Medical Office Receptionist to join their team About 
They provide personalized, evidence-based healthcare with executive physicals and a unique family practice experience, located in the heart of Southwest Orlando. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm, caring attitude
  • Handle patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and phone inquiries
  • Assist with check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
  • Process billing, insurance verification, and payments
  • Maintain confidentiality and organization of records
  • Support clinical staff and participate in daily operations
  • Keep reception and waiting areas welcoming and tidy
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a healthcare receptionist
  • Knowledge of EHR systems , Hipaa, checking in/out, insurance verifications, billing and scheduling appointments
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient with technology and office software/scheduling tools
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude
