Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Starting pay for this temp to hire opportunity is $24-25/hr
Position Overview:
As a Transcription Analyst, you will be a key team member, responsible for overseeing transcription workflows and guaranteeing the prompt and accurate delivery of transcripts. Your attention to detail, organizational expertise, and dedication to quality will ensure a seamless experience for our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign transcription projects to appropriate team members, monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate client audio files, resolve upload issues, and facilitate secure file transfers via Box and other platforms.
- Process incoming paperwork from digital reporters, maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
- Manage a dynamic queue of high-priority tasks, distinguishing and adjusting priorities to meet strict deadlines.
- Perform data entry and other repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe products, and proprietary software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a consistently professional and courteous approach.
- Adept at working collaboratively and communicating effectively with both management and clients.
- Solid technical understanding of audio and video equipment, with troubleshooting experience.
- Proactive self-starter, able to take initiative, identify needs, and move tasks forward independently.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills; dependable and deadline-driven.
- High attention to detail, with a strong track record of identifying and correcting errors.
