Metal Fabricator – Detailer & Polisher

? Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with overtime as needed)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator – Detailer & Polisher to join our team supporting our manufacturing partner in Kennesaw, GA. This role is essential to producing high-quality stainless steel components used in beverage processing equipment. Ideal candidates will have a strong attention to detail, hands-on fabrication experience, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate, finish, and polish stainless steel components to exact specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specification sheets
- Perform precise grinding, sanding, and polishing to achieve high-quality finishes
- Use power tools and hand tools for cutting, deburring, and forming metal parts
- Ensure all finished parts meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with assembly and engineering teams to ensure production goals are met
- Support scheduling needs including potential evenings and weekends
What You Bring
- Proven experience in metal fabrication, polishing, or detailing (preferably with stainless steel)
- Familiarity with tools such as grinders, buffers, sanders, and polishing equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings and fabrication instructions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to fine detail
- Understanding of metal finishing techniques and surface preparation
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
