What's a typical day as a MOCI Process Specialist? You'll be:
- Collaborating with UX, Product Owners, Internal Customers, and Development Teams to manage implementations and lead cross-product user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participating in project planning processes and ensuring projects meet management approval with realistic outcomes and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitoring ongoing project/program status and maintaining communication with business unit leadership and stakeholders.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 2 or more years of experience working with a broad cross-section of users and 1 or more years of experience writing queries and using data gathering/retrieval tools such as SQL, Python, DataBricks, Tableau, etc.
- Possess effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Are a self-motivated individual with exceptional organization and a commitment to customer service, and can work flexible schedules as needed.
