We are looking for a Molding Technician to operate our injection molding machines. In this role, you will provide technical support and perform preventative maintenance to help us produce plastic parts that meet high-quality standards. You will be responsible for setting up and starting our injection molding machines and ensuring production is completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System and Safety Management System requirements.
• Assemble sub-assemblies and components according to detailed assembly instructions.
• Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying supervisors as needed.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality, engineering, and customer requirements.
• Operate hand tools, including electrical and pneumatic power tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to 5S standards.
• Document production numbers and maintain logs daily in the molding area.
• Enter data into the computer and process work orders daily.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for up to 100% of the workday.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs independently and over 50 lbs with assistance.
• Must have manual dexterity for tool usage and the ability to visually inspect products.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.

Required Experience:

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing or construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic ability to read, speak, and understand English.

Working Conditions:

• Lifting 20-30 lbs and performing various physical activities, including standing, walking, and bending.
