Evening Shift Entry Level Production Associate – Assembly Worker / General Labor Location: Bloomingdale, GA

- Consistent Night Shift Schedule:
Monday–Thursday 4:30pm–2:00am, Friday 4:30pm–10:00pm (night shift begins December 1st) - Training Provided: All new hires train on day shift before moving to night shift.
- Supportive Environment: Modern plant focused on safety, teamwork, and employee development. Work with products including automotive and electronics.
- Organizing materials and preparing parts for production
- Accurately assembling components using hand and power tools
- Inspecting products and performing quality checks
- Reading and following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked workspace
- Monitoring supplies and reporting inventory needs
- Troubleshooting minor issues and adhering to safety procedures
- No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn!
- Previous experience in general labor, assembly, warehouse, or production is a plus
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and stand/work for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player with strong communication skills
