• Competitive Pay: $15.50/hr (Night Shift)

• Consistent Night Shift Schedule:
  Monday–Thursday 4:30pm–2:00am, Friday 4:30pm–10:00pm (night shift begins December 1st)
• Training Provided: All new hires train on day shift before moving to night shift.
• Supportive Environment: Modern plant focused on safety, teamwork, and employee development. Work with products including automotive and electronics.

What You'll Be Doing

• Organizing materials and preparing parts for production
• Accurately assembling components using hand and power tools
• Inspecting products and performing quality checks
• Reading and following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked workspace
• Monitoring supplies and reporting inventory needs
• Troubleshooting minor issues and adhering to safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn!
• Previous experience in general labor, assembly, warehouse, or production is a plus
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and stand/work for extended periods
• Positive attitude and team player with strong communication skills
