What's a typical day as an Admin Assistant. You'll be:

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
The Longmont Site Office Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of Micron's Longmont facility. This position supports site leadership, facilitates employee engagement, and coordinates essential administrative and operational functions. The Office Manager is the face of the site for new hires, visitors, and executive guests, and serves as a key liaison across departments and with external partners.

 

Other Requirements: 
• Requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Typical tasks include onboarding new hires, event coordination, and adapting to weekly needs
• Event coordinator role requires balancing event planning and admin duties (approx. 50/50)
• will manage expenses, vendor coordination, and create excitement for events
• Events range from weekly activities to annual site-wide gatherings
• Local operations support role requires high school diploma, strong organizational skills
• standard hours (8–5), preference for in-person interviews
