Kelly is seeking an On-Call/As Needed Front Desk Receptionist coverage for Second Shift
 
Pay Rate:          $18 per hour
Location:          Phoenix, AZ 85012

PLEASE NOTE:  This position is on-call/as needed.  This is not a full-time, M-F opportunity.

What's a typical day as a Front Desk Receptionist? You'll be:

  • Monitoring activities and ensuring the security of the main entrance
  • Granting access into the building
  • Accepting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Managing the check-in and check-out of all visitors
  • Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries
  • Providing directions and navigation instructions to assist residents and visitors
  • Coordinating with shift staff to support the needs of residents
  • Providing consistent, excellent customer service to residents, families, co-workers, and visitors
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are able to work on an on-call/as needed basis to cover 2nd shift on Weekdays or Weekends
    • M-F hours would be 5 p.m. - 11 p.m.
    • Weekend hours would be 4 p.m. - 11 p.m.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in customer service
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively with individuals of varied backgrounds
  • Can work under pressure and multitask independently
  • Are committed to high-quality job performance
  • Practice integrity, kindness, and excellence in tasks and interactions
