Shift: 1st shift- Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm(1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate: $20.87 per hour
Start Date: ASAP

• Ensure convenience copiers are working properly and perform daily inspections
• Will be receiving Mail / Scanning Mail into System. Receiving Packages from UPS/FedEx customer facing
What's a typical day as an Onsite Service Specialist? You'll be:
• Interacting with customers in a friendly manner throughout the course of the work day
• Sorting and delivering mail and packages/badges
• Performing duties related to shipping and receiving of materials and packages
• Warehouse work, Shipping and Receiving, Customer Service skills.
Will be receiving Mail / Scanning Mail into System. Receiving Packages from UPS/FedEx customer facing As customers come and pick up there Packages from Shipping. Moderate walking and lifting.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs anything heavier will have assistance available. No driving is required.
• Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy in mail operations
• Completing training as assigned
• Maintaining logs and work records for tracking, management reports, inventory, and supply ordering

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office setting
Experience in mailroom operations
• Have intermediate computer skills
• Have the ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal, and communication skills
