Pay Rate: 25.40 per hour
Schedule: 2 week rotation of day and night shifts (6:15-3:45pm and 5:30pm-3:30am)

What's a typical day as Onsite Supervisor? You'll be:
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks, while reporting to the Kelly Talent Advisor.
- Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Ensuring the workforce adheres to safety regulations and immediately reporting any safety concerns to the Kelly Safety Manager and the Health and Safety Representative.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience in a supervisory role, particularly in a manufacturing or industrial environment (must have).
- Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
- Are knowledgeable about safety regulations and compliance standards, with a commitment to enforcing policies and procedures.
