Job Title: Onsite Talent Advisor
Hours: M-F/ 2:30 Pm-10:30 Pm (Subject to change based on need)
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Onsite Talent Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping talent strategy, building robust partnerships with hiring managers, and enhancing employee engagement on-site. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide consultative support
  • Design and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment
  • Monitor and report on daily employee check-ins, ensuring attendance and engagement metrics are met
  • Coach and counsel talent to support career development, skill enhancement, and workplace satisfaction
  • Monitor and oversee talents' payroll to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to recommend actionable improvements
  • Support performance management processes and career development programs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on talent-related matters
  • Coordinate learning and development activities to enhance employee skills and growth
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all talent practices
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee engagement, coaching, payroll administration, or HR advisory roles
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and monitoring skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and employee engagement tools is desirable
