Now hiring an Operations Assistant for our premier client in Denver, CO!

Pay: $19-$25.50/hr, DOE
Hours: 9am-5pm, M-F
Location: Aurora, CO 80019
Start Date: 4/15

Job Summary: The main function of an Operations Assistant may include sorting checks, keeping payroll records, take inventory, and distributing mail. A typical office clerk acts as an information and communication distributor for an office.

Responsibilities

  • Creating Dangerous Goods and Canadian FedEx Paperwork
  • Creating, distributing and tracking operations paperwork
  • Maintaining Daily Lines and Hours Information for operations
  • Maintain and track all operations audit information
  • Daily reconciliation
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, and address complaints.
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
  • Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of administrative/customer service experience
  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to create, collate, and label paperwork for outbound shipments per specific criteria with little to no supervision
  • Have an energetic, self-starter personality
