Position Summary Local cleaning service in Bristol, TN is searching for a proactive, detail-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our cleaning teams. We need a strict, organized leader ready to enforce high standards, drive team accountability, and deliver exceptional quality for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and support cleaning employees to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
- Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to ensure all job sites are adequately covered.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine site inspections and unannounced visits to uphold company standards.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols across all teams.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the main contact for clients—address concerns, resolve issues, and nurture relationships.
- Hiring & HR: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and, if needed, disciplinary action.
- Inventory & Supplies: Track all supplies, equipment, and inventory for each location.
- Sales & Quotes: Conduct walk-throughs with new clients and provide accurate cleaning quotes.
- Documentation: Maintain required records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to identify efficiency improvements and boost client satisfaction.
- Experience in operations management, cleaning supervision, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Dependable, proactive approach with proven accountability.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Preferred: Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and chemicals.
- Required: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Hours: Full-time, flexible scheduling based on workload—may include evenings or weekends.
- Compensation: $35,000-$50,000/year + commission & sales performance bonuses available.
