What's a typical day as an Operations Specialist? You'll be:
• Providing operational support and guidance for production tasks.
• Resolving complex production-related issues and escalating significant issues in a timely manner.
• Independently resolving customer or client issues.
• Maintaining and developing key client relationships through efficient and professional communication.
• Participating in projects and recommending operational procedure changes for departmental efficiencies.
