Compensation: $75,000 annually
Location: Forest City, NC
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Friday 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
** Will be scheduled to work every other Saturday. **

What's a typical day as Operations Supervisor? You'll be:
  • Coordinating operations through effective communication with operations management and overseeing activities in areas such as Inbound, Outbound, and Kitting.
  • Leading Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) training, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and promoting a culture of safety among the workforce.
  • Performing quality checks, managing incoming goods, and optimizing warehouse space to meet customer expectations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bring significant relevant work experience in logistics, warehousing, or thirdparty logistics provider management.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and accountability.
