We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist I for a 100% onsite role in Oakdale, CA 95361. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in processing invoices, requisitions, inventory transactions, and supporting procurement and scheduling teams in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth day-to-day operations by reviewing documentation, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting inventory and supply room activities.

Operations Support Specialist I

Schedule: (onsite, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Essential Job Functions

• Process invoices, credit card payments, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders

• Review goods receipts, invoices, and inventory transactions for accuracy

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with plant and corporate partners

• Provide backup support for procurement, scheduling, inventory control, and supply room

• Monitor inventory and exception reports; support cycle counts and inventory audits

• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Must-Have Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0–3 years of relevant administrative, procurement, inventory, or operations support experience

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Comfortable processing invoices, requisitions, and working with inventory data

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• SAP experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
