Description

The Order Management Analyst responsible for E2E order to cash processes to maximize customer service levels and optimize cost to serve. This role is responsible to provide high quality of service to, while adopting the client best in class process, organizational structure, and Customer excellence. Success in this role will rely heavily on the ability to establish, develop and maintain successful business relationships with our Global Business Services team to positively contribute to customer strategy and drive best in class supply chain performance.
 
 
Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage and follow through on Complex Duties of our Accounts.
  • Monitoring order status's and updating Internal and External customers on the progress of the orders
  • Implementing changes to systems or processes based on new company policies or procedures (if something doesn't look right, it is our responsibility to call it out and document it)
  • Partnering with Demand & Supply Planning on the view of Inventory levels to ensure that enough product is available to meet customer demand with excess inventory building up. (Especially around Special Orders)
  • Partnering with Customer Success to aid in reviewing and understanding the customers' orders for accuracy and completeness and making sure all necessary information has been provided.
  • Coordinating with Transportation and the DCs to ensure that orders are shipped on time and in full.
  • Assisting our GBS Partners with placing orders and answering questions about products or services and providing order status updates
  • Providing our GBS Partners/Customers with information about products or services that may be relevant to their needs.
  • Monitoring customer accounts to identify problems and resolve issues before they become serious problems for the company.

  • Pertinent Communication
  • Cuts (collaboration with GBS)
  • Collaborating with Customer Success (Dana, Vance, Jet – Cx; Kimberly Self – Rx & Ax) regarding On-time and In-full
  • Order Line Clean up.
  • KPI Review and Discussions
  • Analytical tasks for our customers
  • Making sure that all transactional duties that has transitioned to the GBS Team, they are managing.
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar degree
  • Five (5) or more years related operational experience in customer relations working for or with a customer in a collaborative environment
  • Full understanding of customer order to cash processes
  • Skillful in claims, returns and order management with good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficient with COGNOS, Discoverer and other similar report writers 
  • Knowledge of general accounting practices and principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in system support to enable good decisions and responsiveness to customers
 
Location: Downtown Dallas
M-F, 8am-5pm/Hybrid
