Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative II in Farmington!

If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once, this role puts you at the heart of customer support operations. You'll manage inbound and outbound communication, process orders in SAP, and help ensure customers receive timely and accurate service.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and faxes for customer support
  • Monitor shared inboxes and respond quickly with professionalism
  • Process sales orders and documents in SAP accurately
  • Keep customers updated on order status and follow up as needed
  • Research order-related issues with Service, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
  • Update CRM/C4C records and support reporting tasks
  • Perform accurate data entry and escalate urgent issues when needed

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ years of customer service or contact center experience preferred
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent communication and follow-up
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM/C4C, or similar systems is a plus
  • Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling changing priorities

Schedule & Pay
  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
  • $18.00–$21.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long-term temp with potential for hire based on performance
  • 100% on-site schedule
