Pay Rate: $19.80/hr
Work schedule: 2nd shift, 3:00pm-1:30am, Mon-Thurs

What's a typical day as an Oven Operator? You'll be:
• Verifying parts and documents, interpreting job traveler to determine recipe for the cure process
• Meeting schedules and time allowances, monitoring oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program
• Deciphering parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process
• Removing probes, wires, fixtures, breakout, and cleaning all parts prior to distributing to the next process

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have advanced math skills
• Are able to comprehend written instructions
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferably, have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Are able to handle objects of up to 50 lbs.
• Are able to stand or walk for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift and overtime).

Required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the customer. Below are typical PPE used on the production floor:
• Ear Plugs or Muffs
• Full Face Shield
• Gloves (Latex, Rubber, Chemical Resistant, General Duty)
• Protective Apron
• Respirator
• Safety Glasses or Goggles
