Kelly Science is seeking an Overnight Quality Assurance Manager for a growing client located in Springfield, NJ.
 
Shift: Sunday-Wednesday 9pm-8am (1 hour lunch)
Employment Type: Full Time; Direct Hire
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing overnight QA operations and related activities.
• Managing a team of quality assurance professionals supporting routine batch release activities.
• Planning, executing and overseeing inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
• Authoring documents and standard operating procedures, review and approve investigations, interpret results, develop technical conclusions consistent with Quality risk management principles.
• Performing internal and external quality audits and compile detailed report of findings.
• Analyzing and investigating product complaints or reported quality issues.
• Developing and providing training and support to quality and production teams.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific related field
• 5-8 years of quality assurance experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with batch disposition, batch release, quality investigations and regulatory requirements for finished pharmaceuticals.
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills required.
