Packaging Associate (Packaging Manufacturing) – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
$17.50–$19.50/hr | Frankfort, IL
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire (Start with Kelly Services for 3–6 months, with opportunity to be hired on permanently)
Start: Beginning of January (once cleared)
Important start process (required):
• Tuesday (1 hour): Facility tour + drug test appointment at 10:30 AM or 11:30 AM
• Wednesday (Day 1 Orientation): 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (first day only)
After Day 1, you'll transition to your normal shift schedule.
This is a busy, high-output food-packaging environment. We need people who can stay focused, keep pace, and follow food-safety rules every shift. If you have recent warehouse/production experience and you take attendance seriously, apply.

• Pay:
• 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $19.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: $19.50/hr
• Location: Frankfort, IL
Schedule
• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Your First Day: All new starts begin on Wednesdays (orientation 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, first day only)
What You'll Do
• Pack finished product (cups, containers, lids, etc.) into boxes and onto pallets
• Visually inspect product for defects and follow simple quality checks
• Keep up with a fast-moving production line
• Keep your area clean and follow all safety and food-safety rules (GMP expectations)
• Work closely with machine operators, leads, and other packers
What I'm Looking For (Apply Only If You Meet These)
• 6–12+ months of recent warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience (required)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs for an 8-hour shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
• Willingness to complete required screening and attend the required tour/drug test appointment
If you do not have at least 6 months of recent warehouse or manufacturing experience, this role is not a fit.
Pre-Employment Requirements (Required)
Offer is contingent upon completion of:
• NCRL (National Criminal Record Locator)
• 5-panel drug screen (THC included)
• Required facility tour + drug test appointment on Tuesday (approx. 1 hour)
