Compensation:

  • Pay: $17.75–18.25/hr
  • Temp to Hire position

Shifts:

  • Rotating Shifts:
  • Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Overnights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Enjoy 3-day weekends every other week! Never work more than 3 days in a row.

    What will you be doing?
    As a Packer, you'll play a vital role in our food manufacturing process. Your daily tasks will include:

    • Loading bundles of boxes into machines
    • Stacking cases on pallets and loading them onto conveyors
    • Operating various machines, including labelers, ink-jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
    • Using hand tools like wrenches and pallet jacks
    • Manually cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work area
    • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
    • Performing additional duties as required

    What we're looking for:
    The ideal candidate will:

    • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
    • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
    • Have excellent communication skills and be team-oriented
    • Food industry experience is preferred but not required
