Compensation:
- Pay: $17.75–18.25/hr
- Temp to Hire position
Shifts:
- Rotating Shifts:
- Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Overnights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
What will you be doing?
As a Packer, you'll play a vital role in our food manufacturing process. Your daily tasks will include:
- Loading bundles of boxes into machines
- Stacking cases on pallets and loading them onto conveyors
- Operating various machines, including labelers, ink-jet printers, box erectors, and case packers
- Using hand tools like wrenches and pallet jacks
- Manually cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean work area
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Performing additional duties as required
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Have excellent communication skills and be team-oriented
- Food industry experience is preferred but not required
