Job Title: Paint Line Loader/Unloader - General Labor (Temporary-to-Hire)
Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Paint Line General Laborers in our decorative paint coating facility. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their skills and start a rewarding career in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload painted and unpainted parts from racks.
• Wipe down parts manually and blow off any debris to prep and clean them.
• Stand for extended periods and perform frequent lifting duties.
Work Schedule:
• Monday - Friday, 4 AM - 2 PM
• Overtime availability
Compensation:
• Starting at $17.00 per hour
• Additional overtime pay
Requirements:
• Strong work history and a go-getter mentality.
• Willingness to train and learn new skills.
• Experience in any type of painting (e.g., powder coating, home painting) is a plus but not required.
• Background Check
