Description

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced part time Admin Asst in Wooddale, IL. This a part time role, approximately 20 hours each week, however, eventually, it could go up to 40 hours each week.
 
This is a Direct Hire, Permanent position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Job Description

  • Administrative Assistant
  • Could work a hybrid schedule once trained
  • Part time hours – can work a flexible schedule. Eventually will work 40 hours
  • Looking for reliable, responsible employee to assist with daily tasks
  • Outlook, calendars; basic Word and Excel knowledge
  • Will be supporting 2 technicians in the field - 1 to support Canadian market and 1 to support US
  • Will manage FedEx and UPS on rate occasion
  • Someone who wants to eventually step into an office management role
