Description

Are you an experienced Forklift Operator with a knack for precision and efficiency? Join our team as a Parts Coordinator and play a vital role in our operations!

The Role:
As a Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for pulling parts from pick lists and placing incoming stock in their appropriate locations. Your attention to detail and ability to handle materials using forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) will ensure smooth operations in our stockroom and shipping/receiving areas.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Correctly place incoming stock.
  • Pull parts according to pick lists for parts and pump orders.
  • Package and ship parts and warehouse orders.
  • Receive incoming freight from vendors.
  • Accurately maintain inventory records on the system.
  • Perform daily cycle counts.
  • Monitor the backlog of work and request assistance as required.
  • Support and comply with all safety and 5S requirements related to the position.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as needed based on organizational needs.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED plus shop-related experience.
  • Must have forklift experience - both sit-down and stand-up.
  • Competency in material handling using forklifts and cranes.
  • Ability to perform successfully in stockroom operations (internal and external stocking areas) as well as shipping and receiving.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
