Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite, Schenectady, NY

What's a typical day as a Parts Fulfillment Specialist? You'll be:
• Responsible for order fulfillment activities for external customer demands.
• Serving as back-up to the Parts Customer Fulfillment Specialists, providing customer follow-up and quotation preparation.
• Managing order entry and order management.
• Communicating with customers regarding anticipated ship dates and backorder information.
• Coordinating with the warehouse team for shipping requirements.
• Responding to customer requests for price and availability.
• Handling formal quotes, capital parts, and part ID/compatibility.
• Assisting with PO corrections, invoice issues, and returns for credit/replacement.
• Logging non-conformance reports.
• Participating in customer and team meetings.
• Managing tax exemption certificates.

• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Can achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Have a strong customer service mindset.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Have knowledge of Oracle ERP/GE Wind Parts and Applications.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting or Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Project Management.
• Have exceptional planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
