What's a typical day as a Payroll Accountant? You'll be:
• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of the entire payroll process, including journal entries and submitting payroll taxes.
• Reviewing and processing bi-weekly payroll for all domestic subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll balancing, tax tie-outs, journal entries, and all reporting requirements.
• Processing W2 statements for all domestic subsidiaries and help employees with all payroll-related inquiries.
• Overseeing the administration of our invoice and expense software, Concur, as well as assisting with accounts payable.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience processing multi-state payroll and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Accounting or Finance, or possess equivalent payroll processing experience.
• Have experience compiling data for payroll audits and related payroll benefits, as well as account reconciliation.
• Have experience with UKG Pro (preferred)
