Job Title: Payroll Administrator (3–4 Month Leave Coverage)
Location: Fenton, MI
Duration: Temporary (3–5 Months)
Pay: $18-$20
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support a client in Fenton, MI. This is a temporary position to provide leave coverage for a current employee. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in payroll processing using Paycor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly or weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using Paycor
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax information
  • Collaborate with HR and accounting to ensure accuracy in payroll and reporting
  • Prepare reports related to payroll and timekeeping as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of payroll administration experience required
  • Previous experience with Paycor is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems
