Location: Fort Washington, PA
Pay Rate: $23/hr
Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule 6:15am-6: 45pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment while ensuring optimal production efficiency.
  • Perform setups, adjustments, and repairs on machinery to meet production standards.
  • Monitor and execute processes to ensure product quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including machine logs and quality checks.
  • Train and mentor junior operators on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on machine operation.
  • Strong knowledge of setup procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with [SOP GMP, etc.] is preferred.
