Job Description: Photo Reviewer (Proofreader) 
Pay: 15/hr
Location: Saint Louis, MO 63146
Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st shift 

Position Overview:
This company plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality in-store displays and merchandising through accurate assessment of photos submitted by retail specialists. This position safeguards brand standards and identifies opportunities for improvement in product placement, promotional signage, and overall store presentation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Real-Time Photo Validation:
    Review and validate photos submitted by retail specialists to confirm that displays are set up accurately and align with brand requirements and company guidelines.
  • Compliance and Accuracy:
    Ensure all products are visibly and correctly displayed, promotional materials are properly installed, and merchandising efforts meet compliance standards.
  • Performance Evaluation:
    Assess the effectiveness of in-store merchandising and recommend improvements in product placement and presentation as necessary.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
    Provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback to retail specialists based on photo reviews. Share insights with clients and internal teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Use of Technology:
    Utilize mobile applications and other digital tools to access instructions, submit review reports, and efficiently manage daily workload.
Qualifications:
  • Attention to Detail:
    Exceptional eye for detail to detect discrepancies in product placement, signage, and overall presentation.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong written and verbal skills to deliver effective feedback and collaborate with team members.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Comfortable with mobile devices and relevant applications for work, communication, and reporting purposes.
  • Merchandising Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of retail merchandising principles and best practices, including display setup and promotional material installation.
  • Reliability and Independence:
    Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and review standards.

Requirements:
Must pass National Criminal background check 
must pass 10 panel urine drug test
