Position Overview:
Join our dedicated warehouse team as a Pick and Pack Worker! We're looking for a reliable individual to fulfill daily customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play an essential role in ensuring safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity throughout our facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders within assigned areas
• Perform one or more warehouse activities: order filling, shipping, or receiving
• Demonstrate safe operating procedures and promote a safe work environment
• Maintain quality and productivity standards with every task
• Use scanners, inventory systems, and follow detailed instructions
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily goals
• Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift (up to 50 lbs) for the entire shift
• Prior warehouse, pick/pack, or distribution center experience preferred
• Comfort working nights Monday–Thursday on a set schedule
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety
• Team player with good communication skills
