Position Title: Pick and Pack Worker
Department: Academic/Education
Location: [Hazelwood, MO]
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a diligent and reliable Pick and Pack Worker to join our team in the Academic/Education department. This role involves selecting and packaging orders accurately and efficiently to support our educational operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from the inventory based on order specifications.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring they are labeled correctly.
• Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Restock inventory as needed to keep the picking area supplied.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing tasks.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must pass a National Criminal Record Locator (7-year check).
• Must pass an Instant Swab (10-panel drug test).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to [weight] lbs.
• Reliable and punctual.
