Seasonal Pickoff Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Detroit, MI
Assignment: Holiday Peak Season (November & December)
Pay: $22.25/hr (Weekends $23.49/hr)

Kelly Services is now hiring Seasonal Pickoff Associates to support a new, state-of-the-art sortation facility in Detroit during the busy holiday season. This is an excellent opportunity to earn extra income on 3rd shift and work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately sort and stage online orders for local delivery.
  • Use handheld Zebra devices or scanners to scan UPC codes.
  • Organize items into designated areas based on delivery routes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Troubleshoot scanning or sorting issues as needed.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
  • Identify and report damaged items or inventory discrepancies.

What We're Looking For
  • Ability to operate a handheld scanner or Zebra device.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible with overtime as needed.

Available Shifts (Part-Time)
  • Sunday / Monday / Tuesday: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Wednesday / Thursday / Friday / Saturday: 9:45 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Additional shifts may be available depending on business needs.
Pay Rate:
  • $22.25/hour (Weekdays)
  • $23.49/hour (Saturday & Sunday premium pay)
