What's a typical day as a Plant Manager? You'll be:
• Accountable for plant manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with process and product specifications and quality standards
• Measuring, analyzing, and reporting weekly manufacturing KPI performance on safety, quality, OTD, cost, throughput, and waste
• Establishing and maintaining a positive employee relations climate and safe working conditions
• Managing, mentoring, and coaching direct and indirect reports to build a culture of accountability and integrity
• Leading bi-weekly business reviews with sales, inventory, and operations planning
• Analyzing daily production performance and implementing corrective actions to meet productivity targets
• Managing capital budget responsibilities and leading yearly budget initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent experience
• Have at least 5 years of previous operations experience managing employees
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish
• Have experience managing business operations of $10M sales or greater
• Have demonstrated successful production and quality management experience
• Are proactive in identifying and executing manufacturing and personal improvements
• Possess TQM & Teamwork skills
• Have demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Principles
