Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay rate: $14-$18 per hour depending on experience. Saturday - Sunday Saturday and Sunday 2-8 hours a day and 1-3 days a week 7:30am-4pm

What's a typical day as a Pollinator? You'll be:
• Assisting with breeding operations for alfalfa germplasm development, including tasks such as alfalfa crossing and greenhouse plant maintenance.
• Performing essential duties like staking, pruning, potting, watering, seeding, counting, and greenhouse cleaning.
• Grinding alfalfa samples and taking quality samples in the field during the spring to fall season.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a keen attention to detail.
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently after learning the tasks.
• Have good computer experience and excellent listening skills.
• Are willing to perform tedious tasks and enjoy working with small, fragile plant materials requiring good eye-hand coordination.
