Location: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (Overtime available)
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Long-term Temporary (up to 1 year)

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Join our team as a Powder Coat Specialist and contribute to delivering products with zero defect, right on schedule! This role is ideal for candidates with previous manufacturing or powder coating experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic setting.

What You'll Do:

  • Prep, tape, plug, and bond sheet metal parts for powder coating.
  • Load and unload parts on/from the conveyor line.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality, ensuring no damage or defects.
  • Safely use tools such as forklifts, drill press, grinders, and pressure washers.
  • Support additional fabrication tasks (parts separation, deburring) as needed.
  • Follow rework policies for handling defective parts.
  • Assist with paint color changeovers and routine maintenance in the powder coat area.
  • Interpret blueprints and metric specifications.
  • Perform heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs.), often overhead and with a team.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous manufacturing/powder coating experience is preferred.
  • Metal preparation and painting knowledge is a big plus.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle repetitive lifting.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and lean manufacturing a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
