Pricing Analyst
Location: Remote
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support the evaluation, development, and implementation of pricing strategies. This role involves conducting competitive pricing research, analyzing market trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure our product portfolio is correctly positioned. The analyst will project the impact of pricing changes, support revenue growth initiatives, and help maintain pricing databases for organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in evaluating and implementing pricing strategies and models based on market dynamics.
  • Conduct research and competitive pricing analysis to support business decisions.
  • Monitor the competitive environment to ensure pricing practices align with company reputation and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance to align pricing with product and revenue strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to monetize products or create upsell pathways as products are repositioned.
  • Project revenue impacts from pricing changes, promotions, and rebate programs.
  • Maintain and administer pricing databases and coordinate pricing implementation across departments.
  • Work independently with sound judgment, applying knowledge of procedures and concepts to decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, or other analytical tools preferred.
