Job Title: Print Fulfillment Associate
Location: Rochester, NY (Gates area)
Pay Rate: $17.50–$18.50/hr

Shifts:

• A Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
• B Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (Sunday - Thursday)

Mandatory Overtime during peak seasons (Extra cash opportunity!)

We're currently hiring for Print Fulfillment Associates to support a fast-paced print production environment in Rochester, NY. This is a great opportunity for individuals with prior experience in warehouse, printing, or packaging roles who are looking to grow with a stable company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan barcodes to accurately match printed materials to correct orders
• Support the bookline process by feeding machines, stacking, and sorting printed items
• Perform quality control checks to ensure printed products meet standards
• Label and package completed orders
• Palletize and prepare shipments for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow production schedules and instructions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production, fulfillment, or print environment is strongly preferred
• Comfortable using barcode scanners and basic systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable, with consistent attendance and work ethic
