Pay Rate/Compensation: $34-$36/hour (Based on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Schenectady, NY

What's a typical day as a Process and Tools Analyst? You'll be:
-Identifying, evaluating, and implementing digital tools to optimize the Blades team's operations.
-Utilizing data analytics and AI to enhance tool effectiveness and drive actionable insights.
-Designing and managing KPIs to monitor team performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
-Analyzing vendor invoicing processes, developing strategies for efficiency, and collaborating with vendors for seamless implementation.
-Conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and ensuring compliance in financial reporting.
-Working cross-functionally with other departments to align processes and tools with organizational goals.
-Providing training and support to team members on new tools and processes.
Staying updated on industry trends and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
-Have a bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field—or equivalent experience. (Master's degree preferred.)
-Bring 3-5 years of experience in process improvement and digital tool implementation, with a strong background in financial analysis and vendor management.
-Possess strong financial acumen and advanced computer skills, including data analytics tools and AI applications.
-Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred qualifications:
-Certification in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
-Experience with ERP systems and invoicing software.
-Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in business processes.
-Exceptional planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
-Proven customer service orientation and ability to manage time-sensitive issues.
-Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
