Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: 18.50/hour
Shift: Monday-Friday (10am-6:30pm)
Location: Onsite, Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)

What's a typical day as a Process Technician? You'll be:
- Monitoring tote flow and clearing jams to ensure smooth order flow to the pack station area.
- Reporting performance against goals daily, weekly, and monthly to maintain productivity.
- Managing multiple tasks while maintaining daily operations and workflow production.
- Training new employees on covered jobs and answering job-related questions.
- Picking products from Vertical Storage Unit (VSU) and Pick to Light (PTL) units and placing them into trays.
- Verifying orders prior to boxing and labeling for shipment and ensuring accuracy in all processes.
- Continuously organizing and maintaining a clean work area following 5S principles.
- Other related duties may be required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least one year of relevant work experience (required)
- Demonstrate outstanding attendance and punctuality, with the ability to be at your assigned work area on time.
- Possess strong reading and comprehension skills for following instructions and communicating effectively.
- Are capable of performing basic math skills and have basic computer proficiency.
- Are able to engage in conversations effectively and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Environmental and Physical Demands:
- Duties are performed in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Duties require walking, standing, reaching forward, reaching above shoulders, pushing, pulling, twisting at the waist, grabbing, finger manipulation, and sitting.
- Light physical demand level: Exerting up to twenty (20) lbs of force occasionally, up to ten (10) lbs of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects weighing less than twenty-three (23) lbs.
- Overtime is required.
